I know it's probably not on the drawing board. However, thought i'd throw it out there.

Personally, I would *love* it if RC made trainer knives of RC3 RC4 (or more!). Ideally made out of a hard rubber and molded so that it would fit into RC sheaths.

I know it would probably be possible to carve a wooden knife that'd fit into RC sheath, but would love to see some RC trainers :D

I actually think some RC trainers would be a great idea, especially since there is such a huge support and collaboration with law enforcement.

Then again, I think that RC knives are mostly intended for survival/utility purposes rather than fighting knives so I dont know if there would be enough interest in trainers since I believe most people get them for camping/outdoor purposes.

maybe if you are into diy- buy one, grind down the edge and tip then tool dip the blade to thicken and soften it.

If money was no option, yes i would do this :o

As for R.A.T. being more geared towards rescue/survival, yes this is true. However, judging by RAT's post about the Chicago trip, RC is making an impression on the tactical crowd :D

We've had a couple of requests for this already. One guy just wants a standard knife that has no edge on it.

We haven't really researched the possibilities yet but we'll do that.

If we do this it would be a non heat treated knife with no edge grind and a blunted tip. weight and size would be the same. We have already been talking about it due to requests from mil and LEO. Stay tuned.:)
