RC3 AAR from campout/hiking staff

Well had the 3 with me all weekend. Chopped ice,cut branches,took it into the river with me. Cut my dinner. And to end the trip made a cool Hiking staff out of applewood.
Ive had hundreds of knives this one is the best Ive owned. Very versatile and incredibly tough.
Now I have to figure out how to treat the hiking staff. Any ideas?

sounds fun.

for the staff you can finish it with lineseed oil, tru oil gunstock finish, or give it a good coat of clear polyurethane.
