RC3 Extraction Problem

I recently picked up another RC3 (thanks Derrick:thumbup, which is almost impossible to extract from the sheath. I've tried it in 5 different RC3 sheaths and it won't come out of any of them without two hands and alot of effort. So I'm pretty sure its the knife and not the sheath. I feel like someone besides Arthur at the sword in the stone.

Has anyone else had a problem like this?

As best I can determine the trouble is the height, not the width, of the blade. It especially binds near the jimping on the spine. I don't really want to modify the sheath itself, because I occasionally swap the knives around depending on how and which I want to carry.

Have you tried to move the screws that hold the sheath on the top or loosen them a tad?

Send the knife to SHon at Roen MFG. I have a shipping form for you if you will email me that will make thing run smoother. Not sure what is going on but SHon will take car of it and send you another knife. Mike

Yep, that sucks when you can't get the knife out of the sheath. Actually, the one you got is our childproof model.
