Rc4 Sheath question

I got my RC-4 today. I was trying to remove all the screws because in order to mount it on my belt a certain way ( just messing around) I need to put the molle locks on a specific side. Now there are four nuts that appear to be made onto the sheath. Can these be removed? Thanks!
