RC5/6 Belt clip mounted to RC4

I've been moving around some mounting options, and I tossed a RC3 on the maxped, bumping my RC4. Left the RC4 without a good belt option. I had a few RC3 clips laying around that fit just fine... but as Mike recently mentioned, not too strong, and they ride a little high for me. I've got 2 RC5/6 clips I'm not using...but they don't fit to 4 holes.

Solution? powertools.

Actually you can mount it with just 2 screws and It'll work fine. I wanted it a bit neater, and it's really not rocket science here. Grab drill... stick in holes...pull trigger, trim excess. Bham.

Thanks for the info and the pics. It's good to know that mounting the RC-5 clip will work.

Hahaha, it's so great to hang out on these types of forums and see how people that are into stuff really know their other stuff as well... what I'm saying is that you've got a serious driller there buddy! It goes well with your taste in knives. I've also got a Makita.

Oh, sweet stuff with the sheath!

dude, When I saw that an LED light turned on when I hit the trigger...dear god, it was all over for me.

Nice mod. I've got the same drill. The Lithium Ions are worth the extra price, and the torque from that sucker is awesome. The light doesn't shine on the bit/screw/etc. though. The light should have been put on the battery.

I'm gonna have to get one of those clips....'cause I like ;)

I Like it one the RC5 so much, even with the molle back setup I'm going to keep one around setup with the clip. I'm loving it on the four right now. It's so fast to get on and off....and still secure...I mean hell, I carried an RC5 for over a month this way FFS. It's NOT gonna lose a 4.

I've got one on a RC6 sheath...and I like it, but don't love it. It just slightly interferes with my thumb hitting the sheath to pop it. Nothing a dremel couldn't fix though. If the molle backing wasnt out, I'd be cutting it now. But since it is... :)

I have yet to try, but I'm willing to bet an RC3 and an Izula would fit on this bugger.

Big selling point for me over tec loks and molle? rides low and easier to draw.
