just got my kit in, and since it seems everyoen is tossing them on RC6's, and I have the RC6 rat pack....decided to put this on my RC5.

It's a day 1 build, so not exactly perfect. I'd like to add some PJCB's, and i could probably lose the striker. I know the saw takes up a shitton of space....but i really really like saws. There is some room at the bottom of the pocket that's not being used...I've got some ideas for that in the future.

in the kit- maglite single AAA; firesteel.com steel, striker, and Mg bar; supreme products unbelievable saw; jute, Fox 40, pico widgy (yes i know, ironic isnt it?), and some extra para cord on a keychain beaner.

I love the way it rides on the belt...still not sure if i'll leg strap it. figure it can;'t really hurt, and it'll be extra paracord. Comment and suggestions greatly appreciated.

sidenote: i really need to stop shooting so close with a 50mm f/1.4, it's cool effects, but the hairline focus just isn't good for this type of shot.

it is indeed http://www.unbelievablesaw.com/

I've been using them for about 10 or so years now. You have to think in reverse to use them as far as dropping cuts goes...but I love them.

Also, the build on this sheathing feels very familiar. I like it. ++

What a great set-up, I can't wait to get one for myself! Thanks for sharing the pics.

I like your setup. Got mine a couple hrs ago. This system is rock solid. So many carry options. Don't hesitate on this one guys, worth every penny. I knew it would be worth the wait.

@Dizwolf
just looking at the unbelievablesaw website and at the top it has that gif of a tree limb being cut, however I noticed that when they finished cutting it looks like the top half of the limb flys away, straight towards the person cutting the limb.
Have you ever had this experience, or got any thoughts about this

I can't drop anything standing in most places I go. I'd be very careful doing it. I'd imagine with a relief cut you could put it away from you. The problem with the saw is it binds easily. You really need to have the log 'open up' as you cut. Which would make dropping a tree fully dangerous

Very nice! Looks great on the black kydex sheath.

My wife is gonna flip, but I have to get this set up for my rc-6..

Looks great! I'll end up putting mine on my 6. I can't wait until RAT comes out with the black sheath for the 6 too.

Yea, once the black comes out I'll probably get the whole rig for that too. I'm really impressed with how many different sheathing options are usable with these knives. Most of the time I see that tried it's halfass-ed. this is very well done.
