I received a positive feedback from a buyer and a negative from the same buyer on the same sale. I rely on the ability to sell my knives here and when you have negative sales feedback it doesn't look good. The same buyer started a GBU thread on me because I wouldn't accept a return only because he decided to work on the knife himself then return it after he caused it to perform poorly. The entire saga is documented in GBU including a solution where I paid for his shipping to the manufacture. He also wrote in the thread that he was going to attempt to have the negative feedback removed. If he received the knife, didn't like something about it and asked for a return in a timely manner (2-3 days) I would have returned it, I have before and I am sure I will again. This is something I can't avoid, things happen.
The point is he left me positive feedback and bad feedback on the same sale, shouldn't both the good and bad feedback be removed at this point? Can't somebody review this and make a judgement call? I had even worked with one of your moderators on the solution and was told that this feedback would be addressed and it hasn't. I would like it if somebody can take the time to review the situation and consider removing this bad feedback. Would you accept a return from somebody who bought a knife and tried to work on it? I even posted a video of the knife which was taken a day or two before the actual sale and it shows the knife working perfectly.
