re-finish O-1

Hi I think you are replying to me. It had a mirror type finish on it.
I guess the best way to describe the problem is that the blade has ,what I would call blemishes in the surface that sort of look greyish in color. I am not sure if this is patina or rust spots.
In typical knife nut style,of course I want it to be spot free and pretty. thanks Woodlore
