thanks for looking

Stunning! That tiger coral is some nice looking material. It compliments the damascus blade well.

Very nice Andrew. How is the tiger coral to work with?

a bit fragile, but not as much so as you may thing, i almost positive that it is stabilized, but you still have to seal it before polishing, i think i put 3 coats of a sealer on this, one, and buffed to an even finish.

it's awfully porus and will get dirty quick if you dont.

thanks

andrew

Very nice. I wouldn't have thunk it, but that tiger coral really goes nicely with the damascus.

The new handle complements the blade of what looks like
an amazing knife to use in the kitchen... Would you really
use it, risking damage to the handle if it is dropped?

Ah, maybe you risk enjoing it in use so that one day you can
enjoy re-handling it again? :)

All the best,
David Darom (ddd)

i actually did this in a set of 4 different knives, and they all got 4 different handles, the others were box elder, curly maple, and buckeye burl.
this is just the only one i took a pic of.

they were for a forum member, and they looked to be mint when i recieved them, so not to sure there used at all. but ya never know............andrew
