I have a hidden tang knife i tested to destruction, the handle is really nice and i wouldnt mind giving it a go to redo the blade. Is it possible without destroying and are there any tips on how to?

Its pinned with one pin and full of epoxy, also has a bolster

cheers

EDIT *** I have jst seen someone has posted the exact same thing today haha. Im gonna try some heat as suggested in the other post, unless anyone else has a better idea? As i am scrapping the blade maybe i could blowtorch it and let the heat soften the epoxy?

Heat the blade (or what is left of it) with a torch and break down the epoxy. It may take several heats. Once the epoxy is broken down you should be able to drive out the pin and pull out the blade. You can also try drilling out the pin.
