Hello people,
Lots of scuttlebutt about the Eskabar's infamous sheath. Well mine dulled it too. So I went ahead and made a sheath with some leather after a re-profile.
Its the first time I have made anything like this. Still be more honest than compassionate. :) I tried to make it as low a profile as possible and my stitching job was effective but unsightly. The string is there because I haven't yet dyed or finished it. Hope it looks less ratty when I am finished.
Cheerz all.

Hahaha no man! The stitching was quite shabby so I covered it with leather. Thin soft calfskin types.
But thanks for this. I know now it looks like duct tape :D :D
Its still wet and has glue flecks on it. Its my first attempt and made in less than an hour.

I've tried duct tape.....now lets see how adhesive my saliva is...............
Is your sheath sealed with duct tape?
