As a kid I owned a few Buck Knives, but over the years I have strayed from the brand. I have had my fair share of Spyderco's, ZT's, Emerson's, SOG's, etc. but there is something about seeing USA and that Buck Anvil.

Over the past week or so I've really been hooked by Buck again. I picked up the Buck 110 50th Anniversary Edition, Buck Endeavor, and the Buck Marksman. A little of the old, with some of the new, makes me realize that Buck has still got it. I love Marksman, and the Endeavor, but the old 110 is still a force to be reckoned with.

I was smiling ear to ear when I took this picture:

Buck will get the job done no doubt.

I rocked 110s in quick draw sheaths for years. :)

I have and own plenty of high end knives and received a 50th 110 as an anniversary gift and couldnt have been happier. 110 was the first knife I purchased by saving my allowence when I was 7 years old. These knives just have a certain charactor. Hope you enjoy the new ones

I feel the same way man. I just realized in the last few weeks I don't even own a buck knife anymore, and to me, buck was the knife to have when I was growing up. Ive really been eyeing that marksman the last few days, but can't seem to pull the trigger. Does the jimping in the lock rub the edges of your pocket going in and out that you've noticed?

The lock hasn't caught on my jeans or slacks one time. Give the Marksman a go, its a lot of knife for the money.
