Ready for an in-between water stone

Need a suggestion for a stone to go between Omura 150 and Arashiyama 1000.

The latte 400 is a nice stone but kinda quick to wear. The beston 500 gets good reviews but I have never tried one.

If your looking to step it up a notch I would recommend the Nubatama bamboo 400 Or maybe the Ume 320 though you may find a few of these stones to best the Omura

I know you're on a Nubatama kick, but don't encourage my AD! The beston is appealing, as I've been wanting to try them. Glass or Pro?

The shapton stones will be like the Nubatama's in that the performance will be so much greater it will spark your interest as to what the others would be like.

I have a like new latte 400 if your interested...

They are both premium stones but very different from what you have.

If my experience with the Shapton 500 Glass is any indication, you made an excellent choice.

I have the 500 on an EP mount, and it very quickly became one of my favorite stones.

CRAP! lol... uhh... that's what I get for not sleeping enough. It just dawned upon me that you were originally recommending the Beston 500 and not the Shapton 500. Why didn't you call me on it when my dumb ass kept asking "Glass or Pro, hurr durr!?"

Well... now I got a Shapton 500 on the way.
