ready for the grill

last night i laid out a deer loin and whipped a marinade up, so first thing this morning i put the BK9 & 13 to work. normally i use a filet knife to remove the membrane, but the little 13 performed like a champ. now i have found its purpose in life. in half inch cuts, itll be perfect for the grill, and all i have to now is let it soak in the flavor. Mindy isnt a big fan of "game" tasting meat, so thats how i have to prepare it.:thumbup:

yep, that the last loin i have left in the deepfreeze off a nice little doe i put down with the .44 this winter. she was delicious:D...i would have got pics when it was done, but my kids werent gonna wait for me to get out the camera when deer just came in off the grill. with baked beans and a baked potato, it made for a mans meal:thumbup:
