So I'm ready to buy a new knife. I was just wondering wondering what you guys do when you want a new knife and don't have a preference.

Well, I've never had that issue. You can make a list of knives that you like. Look at their features and buy the one that appeals to you the most. Good luck

I usually just browse BladeHQ. They have the most popular brands in bold on their brand list and I just look through the ones that interest me until I find something I like.

If you are looking for a new knife, something must have prompted that. It seems that would be a good place to start. Or if you truly have no preference, just pick a random knife off a random dealer site and buy that. ;)

Check out Spyderco, Zero Tolerance and Kershaw web catalogs...in that order.
I seldom get past the Spyderco...

I never seem to have that problem. I always have a loooooooooooong wish list. I always want a new knife and don't have the money. :D

Despite having a ZT0770CF and a TSF Beast arrive this week, I'm still looking for that next one. If I ever manage to sell my Brian Tighe Mini Tighe Rod it'll probably be a KnifeArt Carbon Fiber small seb. But for now, my love belongs to this weeks pickup.

I almost always buy knives to fill a specific role - the more important the role, the more knives I buy to fill it.
