I'm reaaaaal close to pulling the trigger on the FBM. The blade speaks to me. I will have to sacrifice the new Ping G5 driver I was eyeballing.

A Busse beats a golf club any day of the week and twice on Sunday. I wouldn't think twice if confronted with such a decision.

You can chop through the Ping with the Busse, but not the other way around...

You can use the Busse to clear some of the 'rough' you may find yourself in... the saplings will pose no trouble, the trees will move on their own!

You can get a Ping G5 driver any time later, a FBM will be harder to get and in ain't gonna get cheaper as buying direct from Busse.

You can hit golfballs with the FBM...and chop them up when you are mad!!!! You know what to do, otherwise you wouldn't have asked that question here! Or run folks off your hole when they get to close!

I'm struggling between the olive drab, black, and urban gray finishes with the black handle scales. I'm leaning towards the olive drab. You all have convinced me that the driver won't improve my game, but the Busse will improve my ball finding! Many thanks!

I'd be willing to bet that if you offered up your Busse FBM to folks at the country club to cut their tea cakes in half, you would have more than a few folks offer to let you use their Ping drivers!
