Im gonna say no.
I havent seen any LB5's with the tang stamped on the back. Mine are stamped on the front right under the Schrade + and all say USA.
Maybe someone else can add to this. The bone handles looks more like the stuff on the Chinese knives.

The knife shown on E-bay, item number above, posted by w5rwu, is without doubt a Taylor made product, If you have access to a copy of SMKW summer catalogue, they feature on the front cover the LB5 & also the LB7 with the same Buffalo horn scales, the certifcate shown with the knife is also a SMKW
