Real # of Blur SG2's made?

I asked a friend of mine this question (An "internet" friend that frequents this sub-Forum), & I don't think we came up with a definitive answer. So, I'm asking this & maybe Thomas or someone else who'd know will chime in.

I've heard different #'s thown around about the limited run of Blur SG2's, so how many is it? 500, 1K, 2K, or a different amount?

Is this the Model with the Fusion Blade with a wavy Hamon?

I don't think the harmon is that wavy, but it's is a laminate blade. The Blur SG2 is brown with black inserts. The model # is: 1670BRNSG2

It's the same blade used in the JYD Ti SG2

Total number of 1670BRNSG2 knives produced was 1320. Didn't think it was that many, but I checked and double checked...same number both times.

Oh and there was 34 that were sold in the warehouse sale as 2nd's. Checked twice on that as well.

Same steel, not same blade. I assume that's what you meant.

That's not very many is it? In knife making terms I mean.
How many Blackouts, Leeks or DWO's have ya'll cranked out compared to that?

That's just the Blurs with SG2, not all the Blurs made.

sixfoot7: Yes, you're right, I meant the same steel as the JYD SG2s.

Yea, I was thinking it was more in the 750 range, but I may be in my right hand drawer more than I should be.
