Found this on Craigslist. These are pictures that I was sent. He also said it doesn't come with papers. Should I just sit this one out? Thanks for the help.

Just a quick look at the clip length alone indicates (IMO) that it's a clone.
The clone's clip length is too long.
If I am wrong, someone please correct me, but I'm pretty sure the pictures you provided are of a clone.
On the clone the end of the clip is after the first milled checker box. On the real one, it ends just before the same box.

Also the angle of the milling on the pivot looks less sloped, if you reference the video that is indicative of the clone also..

Did they use a torx head on the real umnumzaan clip? I didn't think they did.

Fake. Grind lines are way off. Probably the reason it's on Craig's list.

That's true. If anyone who knows what an zaan is and is lucky enough to have one would know where to sell it and get a fair price for it. Posting it on the forums would be like a bearded transvestite trying to enter a beauty pageant. No offense to any transvestite members. To each his/her own. :foot:

I'm no expert on CRK's or Hindy's but have seen both on CL and feel the same as MDQ and Frontline.If it's on CL,it's something to be wary of.People who own the
real deal on such items and others such as fine timepieces would certainly know where to go to re-sell their wares on legit forums,with knowledgable members
and where they would get a fair price with little worry of being scammed.

Looks like a fake brother, don't do it! Look at the very tip of the clip. CRK's have a extra bend in them, the fake I had in the video had the same straight out with no turn down on the tip. Also the fakes I have seen, seem to have longer clips. I would buy from the exchange here or a dealer. Stay clear of eBay as well, it's flooded with the stuff.
