I am not considering buying this, just honing my ability to spot fakes. To me, the thumb stud looks wrong...what is your opinion?

Would be nice to peer inside the scales of course. Looking for alpha numeric stamps. I can’t tell from these shots but I would always be leery as a buyer of sending payment outside the USA, if you really don’t need to. Let’s put up the Lone Wolfe Signal to attract a real expert’s opinion.

Oh yea, I would never...just trying to soak up everything I can in terms of spotting fakes. The seller sent me these two additional pics.

Thumb studs had flat backs in 2010? That was the one thing that threw me off, but I am new to CRK's. Thank you for sharing your expertise.

you May want to lose the link, they don’t support BF. Wouldn’t want you to get dinged.

On spotting fakes, look at the pocket clip. The very end should be parallel with the slab, screws should always be allen and not torx. The “R” stamp will be exactly like the one on yours. On a fake, the anodizing will be off in color. Blade finish is noticeable on fakes as well as the finish on the slabs.
Hope this helps.

Link is gone, thanks for looking out.
