Real or Knockoff???

I have a Extrema Ratio Nemesis that I recently received in a trade. I know there are knock offs of this knife. Can anyone help me in checking the authenticity of my knife. I want to sell or trade it(simply cause it's not my style), but I don't want to trade or sell as something it's not.
