Can you Spyderco experts tell me if this is a legit PM2?
What other pics do you need??

What concerns me is the grind termination at the recosso and the crooked lettering. Plus, the action is terrible.

Thanks!

The admittedly few fakes I have seen for this model always had wonky uneven jimping, and fuzzy laser etching. The worst one I saw had an oval Spydie hole. 🤪

Yours has nice crisp jimping with even spacing and depth, and the laser etches are well defined.

It’s a real PM2, looking at the etching, jimping and small tells in the handle shape. The wonky grind termination at the ricasso, like a small recurve, is also the same on my PM2 & Para 3. I have seen quite a number of PM2s & Para 3s at a local shop here, and they all have the same small recurve at the ricasso. Could be a characteristic of these series recently.
