Real Spyderco or fake, need help.............

was in my local pawn shop today and came across this knife. I could not tell if it was a real Spyderco or a fake, thought I would turn to the experts. What had me suspicious was the fact that it had no other markings than the two you see in the photos, and it had no locking mechanism. The guy at the shop had no idea if it was genuine. If it is real, anyone know how old it may be or if it has a name?

It's the Spyderco UK penknife. Edit: I said it looks legit but I was wrong

^^^ correct.. it's a UKPK..

But.. I'm not 100% that it's legit..
The lack of the Golden, Colorado, on the back side and the lack of sharp edges on the jimping, would worry me.

I'll look at mine, when I get home.
 
Looks fake. What the guy above said plus the way the clip is oriented, it should be more in the middle and not so high. The s30v label looks wrong too.

The dead giveaway on the fake G-10 UKPK is the lack of grooves on the front for the wire clip.
