This just came in today and only took five days to deliver from the company store. :D

This knife is very impressive, just picking it up makes you feel like you could do anything with it.

I put in a SFNO and an EU-17 Magnum for comparison. Also, I had some spare time so I tried modifying my EU-17 Magnum, it now has an edge that is *very* close to zero. It slices extremely well, chopping performance should also increase but I have not tried it out yet.

This whole 5/16s thing is very cool, the magnum slabs are very comfortable in my medium sized hands.

Thanks guys, this thing is really cool!

After experimenting with the zero edge, I may look into a real (professionally done) one. That would be awsome. :D

Good start there man.

From the first couple pix, I thought Stinky had only sent the handle.... :p ;)

We all have to start somewhere! :o :D :

That would be cause for concern! I was trying to show the different handle positions, since I think it is a really good idea. I imagine it would work well in field use, the rear talon guard, also locks the knife into your hand, I would hazard to say it would be difficult to lose the knife while chopping. Speaking of which, I am not sure yet if this is going to be a user, but I am leaning towards using this one. It helps that the black finish does not really appeal to me so I will be happy to see it go away. :D

Blast it off? I was reading the thread about using Jasco paint remover? Do you have any experience with that stuff? Will it harm the micarta (canvas)?

Great collection Peter. Have you used any of your Infi to pick up any of those H.S. girls? I bet you could get a senior!

:D

Thanks guys!

I have not really tried :D , most of the people I know are knife ignorant (to say the least). Some of the people I know value a good knife, but they are hard to find in a society that automatically places individuals with knives in the "dangerous" catagory. So no, I try not to advertise my love of knives, especially my passion for what some regard as "crazy expensive" knives which are supposedly more dangerous  . Not a problem though, I am not looking to hook up with anyone at this point in my life. Most of the time I spend with friends just involves going out for lunch or dinner at a resturant (the type depends on the people I am with), catching a movie, or just doing "stuff".

Plus, girlfriends are expensive, which would cut into my INFI money. :grumpy: :D

This is why you need to find a rich one!!! Then you'll be unwrapping INFI presents left and right! We'll have you trained before it's over.

Great Grab Peter!

That's my knife...well except that it's a HO and it's at your house. But other than that... same configs. Black crinkle with black canvas Mag slabs. I can't wait to take mine out and use it though. No second thoughts whatsoever. It's going to get the crap kicked out of it. errr not to say that Jerry puts crap in his knives... that didn't come out right! You know what mean!

Congrats on the knife bro. Sweet! Plan on getting a HO one of these days! It's on the list.

Stay Strong & No Regrets!
