Problem is, we're kind of snobs when it comes to Gerber products... Even though admittedly it's kind of a strange idea, it's useful. I bet if it were a Leatherman, we'd be more interested.

I honestly could say that if it were a leatherman, I would have the same feelings towards it! I guess it's two things i would never want to combine. I try to stay away from techno like that because it seems like a never ending cycle. I do not have a smartphone yet anyway...

I could just imagine people saying "Is that a KNIFE!!!". And freaking out.

I don't have any problem pulling out a knife in front of strangers if I need to cut something, and I don't care if people see my knives on me where I am carrying them because I can't help that, but I would be reluctant to pull out a knife and openly display it on a table in front of me out in public. It seems like an unnecessary way to attract unwanted knife attention.
