...Wow...'bout the only time in the last year I've seen it this slow and quiet in here is a couple of weeks ago when the entire forum was down...The Buck Forum seems a lot quieter than any of the others in BF...

It must be because I was away at a conference for a few days! :D

...LOL...I always hated "conferences" too Mike...I sure hope we didn't lose too many people because of that "glitch" Trax...Ya just never know though...:(

Here's y'all something to figer out for me...... I know the answer is here, just havent dug it out yet. The Dash is the 1992 yr code... What was the two Dash for in 1992...got one in today... Like a two dot but these are definitely Dashes.

I have seen it discussed, but having a memory fault.

...LOL...That's a neat situation IIRC...Seems that even Joe isn't too sure of the reason for that one...The 112 NS that I modified into a drop point started out as a single dash 92 knife...Darned if I could see any internal difference with any of the others I've taken apart...That's something we can try to figure out...

Seems like there is a tread that Goose responded to about it, and then LarryO said something about it... But I have slept a few times since...

Side note, dont brasso bolsters with the blade open :o

...So it appears that the change or changes only affected the 110's...No wonder I couldn't see any changes in the 112's...

Is ok, grabbed a blood sugar test strip and meter, and ran my sugar level. No need to waste good blood.

Just folded a paper towel around it and taped it with scotch tape. What I had handy. Just a nick on the finger. Old age must be kicking in, normally I wouldn't do something that silly.

Someone may want to look at earlier 110's from 1991, but I think it may be a change in the blade. The transition of the blade from flat stock to a taper as it moves down to the edge had been a rounded transition, but the 1992 double dash has an abrupt transition like all the newer ones.
