Really Small Pocket Organizer?

OK, I have finally decided that what I need is a really small pocket organizer. I just want to carry a mid-sized SAK, single AA light, small pry bar and Mini BIC. Maybe an inside pocket for a couple of cards or a folded $ bill. I have tried various key rings/carabineer type carries, but find them uncomfortable.

I figure overall size should be no more than about 3”x4”, with a zipper closure around 3 sides. Anything more and it will not be in my pocket when I need it. Something like the smallest Maxpedition Pocket Organizer would be fine if it was a couple of inches smaller.

I am pretty sure I have seen something like this advertised, but can’t find it now. Any suggestions?

Look at the LowePro cases for compact cameras. The Geneva 10, for example, measures about 3" x 5".

Maybe a cell phone pouch? iPod case? GPS case?
