Reassembling the Infidel model

I want to send my Infidel model to be reassembled. I lost one of the leaf springs (a pair of 3 springs). Can I send it to the factory address? The knife was purchased in Croatia at "Replikart". Thanks in advance!

hello, personally i would give benchmade a call on monday to see what your options are. i’m not sure how legal it would be to send an automatic knife across international boarders. it may be considered importing a switchblade which is unfortunately against the law in the US. besides that i’m pretty sure they will charge a fee to reassemble the knife as disassembly voids their warranty.

Thank you! My wife assambled the knife. Only in Croatia! One important thing: there is no need to remove the button, you just need to pull out the blade about half its length and close the handle. then the blade should be pulled all the way out to close.
