REC Avocado PM2 question…

I have 2 new REC Excludive Avocado/FDE Spyderco PM2s. One from the original drop a few years ago and one from the latest drop. The PM2 from the first drop has stainless steel liners. The PM2 from the recent drop has all black liners and hardware. My question is, is there greater demand for either of these knives. The blacked out liners look better to me, but the OG has the shiny SS liners. Which would you prefer and would there be a premium on either one?

It's black for me. When they came out people preferred to have black liners. Silver aren't sold as often so it's harder to say if that would be a different price.

The black liners go for $175-200 and sell often.

I like the looks of the stainless liners. I'm not a big fan of blacked out metal parts

Not sure about pricing, but I always prefer the blacked out liners for corrosion resistance.

I prefer the blacked out liners, but that’s my OCD when it comes to stuff like that. Just think it looks better.

Definitely the black. I like for the hardware to match the liners. There have been other Spyderco exclusives with satin liners and black hardware/blades and people seem not to prefer that given the comments.
