Recamend PDA

I was wondering if you guys could recomend me a PDA. I bought a Zire31 but took it back after I found out it had only 3 hour runtime.
I would use it for entertainment mostly, and maybe to store a machinist handbook and some formulas. I want it for games, reading E-BOOKS. Can you watch movies on some?
It has to be very user freindly when loading software into my computer and hot sinking. I'm chalenged when it comes to that.
Any help would be appreciated. Under $300 please
What kind of games do some of you play on yours?
Battery run time is important.

I have the top-of-the-line X50v, but that's probably overkill if you're not interested in Wi-Fi.

I have only had 2 PDAs. I had a Palm 130. I had no problems with it. The battery life was fine in the begining, but over time it got shorter and shorter. When it got to where I couldn't stand it anymore I got a Sony UX-50. A bit pricey, but worth it. It does everything!!! It has wi-Fi, Bluetooth, MS slot,128 on board memory, camera and with the right software and MS you can watch movies. But the down side is that the battery life sucks. You can buy a extended battery that snaps on the back when the main one is low, but they are $100+ bucks. For the things I use it for, it's perfect!!!!!
