Reccomend me a knife?

I'm looking for a knife that I won't have to worry about getting strange looks when I'm using it, and a knife that I won't have to think twice about carrying. So basically, it has to be ideal for all occasions. This knife will probably be my EDC for a long time, so it has to be hardy. I'm really digging wood grips too.

Kinda like that color wood. Blade shape, I don't really care much about, as long as it's not too specialized. As for locks (Yeah, it has to be a locking knife), I don't really care. As long as it's known to be reliable, I'm fine with it. Easy one hand opening, but closing, I can deal with having to use both hands. My budget will be 50 bucks, since this is an EDC, and if I ever lose it, I won't beat myself up. I can have a budget of 100 though, if the item can be found on Amazon, being sold by a party that can accept Amazon gift cards, since my brother gave me 100 bucks via Amazon for Christmas.

Thanks.

EDIT: It'd be nice for the knife to also have a low riding pocket clip.

Since I retired in early November, my Lone Wolf Double Duty has become my EDC knife and I am building a new lapidary/knife shop. I am just using that knife for everything and so far it is doing just great. It has seen a great deal of use on sheetrock and still fires the first time every time if I am using it as an automatic...... I find I usually use the thumb hole to open it though....

Dang. I live in Cali. No auto knives here.

And, while the Case copperlock looks very nice, I don't think it can be opened with one hand, and I'm not really looking to buy other stuff along with a knife.
