Fixed or folding, preferably 2 1/2" or smaller, and preferably in the $30.00 range.

I've gotten a little into Bonsai again recently, and this time it looks like I'm not going to accidentally kill the trees right away. Even if I do, I've found a nursery that sells the seedlings for $8.00.

Point being, I found an excuse to buy another knife, so recommend away! :D

I would use small wire-cutters instead of any knife for that chore.
Or an X-acto knife set with various blades.

Victorinox pruner. Full flat grind, and it cuts like a laser. Also only $14 or less.

Edit to add: They also make a grafting knife that has both a grafting blade and a sheepsfoot. This might do also.

I have a really needle-nosed pair of branch shears for larger clipping, I just need something small and hooked to strip the suckers off the branches. X-acto set isn't a bad idea.
