I want another one! :D Here's what I'd like:

Handle materials: Either G10, metal, or micarta.
Blade length: ~4"
Blade style: Drop point, clip point, either flat or hollow ground.
Pocket clip: Tip up.

Here's the catch: I want to get something different, so NO Benchmade and NO Spyderco.

Any suggestions?

Edit: I almost forgot, less than $100. That should ward off those Sebenza people...

Do some browsing at AG Russell, he should carry something that you like. Personally I think you'll end up rethinking that no Benchmade no Spyderco requirement...there's a reason they're both so successful. Good luck.

You know what IU am going to recommend. ;)

The Blade-tech Pro-hunter.

S30V, G-10, dual nested liners, best ergonomics out there.

One Stop Knife Shop has the Buck-Mayo on sale for $60. If you want to go a little higher, the MT mini Soccom can be had for about $130. These are frame locks-take a great edge but it's a tip down. Steel on mine is 154-cm.
Of course the rational thing to do, is to sell your other knives-add the $100 and buy a Sebenza. :D

I know, I know, I love my Griptilian and my Delica, but I'd really like to try out another brand, even if it's just for the reason of convincing me that they're my favorites out there :D

I have had one for years. It comes in AUS8 for 34.95 or ATS34 for 49.95. I own the latter and have only had to sharpen it once. Here's the URL

It's one hand open and one hand close. Lockback. Release is toward the middle/pivot pin. There ya go.

You had me until the $100 cut off. For a little more jack you could get a Swamp Rat Rat Trap.

How about one of the Bucks with S30V blades and Bos heat treatment from Cabela's (their Alaskan Guides series).

They are great knives, I can't put my 110 down I love it, and the better blades really make a difference. They are all under a hundred dollars.
