I finally received my BM 42 and 42A last wednesday, and started playing with them right away. I'm still trying to get used to the weight of it, and the size! (I have small hands...)
I already managed to get three cuts and stabbed my wrist, but I love the knives! I think the anodization is a little tacky though, and the sheath is a real POS...
That's why I ordered a Kydex sheath and shoulder rig from Theedgeequipment.com, and I can't wait until I receive it!
I'll probably order some sheaths from Clay if he would be willing to make me some.

Just got my BM not to long ago too, there pretty good. Hope you have mucho fun with yours.

Guillaume, I was expecting the worst, but I got my package without a hassle.
I already had much fun with them, but now I realy want some older BM's and PC's, but I have no clue where to find them in Europe.

BaliDude, me neither. I don't really know where I could find old BMs or PCs.
I have 2 BM balis (a 239 and a Tanto) that I bought 3 years ago (by contacting BM by email...). That's all :-(.
Plus a BM42AS (GREAT!!!) now.

I'd love a Pacific Cutlery bali, as I started bali flipping with Imada's manuals, and all those knifes exposed in these books were unable to get in France (or I didn't know how, I was a teenager). I guess USA, particularly California and Oregon are the best places to find those knives. But PC which are sold on the net are too expensive.
I'm not collector-oriented enough.

I hope that someday I'll find someone who will sell a PC without knowing the treasure he has between his hands :-)

Guillaume
