Received My New Small 'Glorious' Sebenza Today and Also Need Opinions

I think this is such a nice design. The knife is super smooth! Probably one of the smoothest Sebenzas I have had straight from the box. Now I am going to take the lanyard and clip off....

OPINIONS NEEDED:
I really like the Small Sebenza with the Elk Mountain CGG design. But I am a city guy, no hunting. My thought is - wouldn't it be strange to get that knife? I have been reading and a lot of hunters like the design and I kinda would feel weird having an outdoor scene. Or am I over thinking this.... I guess you like what you like and I should get what I like and not worry about it, lol

I always thought the Stars & Stripes was the nicest US Flag design, but this one is right there with it. CRK went above and beyond on this design with the deep relief machining. Where else are you going to find something like this.....!!!
 
I my self Only Hunt small Game (flying type) and Have lots of buddy's who actually hunt Elk. They have never given be any negative comments in the regards to me not having downed an ELK. I say buy what you like, after all its such a sweet design!

Keep in mind that the Elk Mountain is now discontinued (as of the end of Feb). Just something to keep in mind. Since they are no longer being made, the in stock supply will be dwindling down. If you think you want one, you may want to get while the getting is good. Not saying that they won't be available for the foreseeable future in retailers and the exchange .... just something to think about as you decide.
 
Just a beautiful knife you have! I like the no clip and no lanyard look, very smooth. If you want one with an elk go for it. Does not matter that you are in the city and never hunt. I have one on order with an aardvark on it and I have never seen one, who cares.......well that is not completly true but you know what I mean. :-)
 
Ok guys, so I ordered the Small Sebenza Elk Mountain about 10 mins ago and I should have it tomorrow. Pictures to follow....
 
That is a sweet sebenza, I have one also and it just so happened the b-day is the same as mine, how sweet is that!!! I love the design.
Looks like you didn't over think the Elk Mountain sebenza either. You may not be a hunter, but you'll have bragging rights all the same with your Elk Mountain and show folks your support for hunting

It's funny to me because those are the only two cgg's that I've wanted in a long time, both are outstanding designs.
I have two Ol' Glory Seb's that I love but I'd sure like to add a Glorious to my collection.
I do hunt, mostly White Tail Deer, never Elk( yet ) but I've spent days trying to decide if I'm going to drop the money on another Seb. I like the graphic so much that it never really crossed my mind that it's a species I haven't hunted yet.
I'm glad to read that you went ahead and bought it, who cares what other people think and to be honest your friends that hunt will be envious of that sweet knife anyway- so expect a couple of jabs :)
