Nice. Mine shipped out two days ago so maybe today or tomorrow.
Kinda fired up about this knife.

Oh man...
that's such a beautifull knife!!!

To bad I can only dream about one haha :p
Hope you enjoy yours!

Thanks, Zippo, those are good pics. Can't wait to get mine. Hopefully in the next day or two.

Congrats on the new Spydie, Zippo.

Although my interest is definitely piqued by the Sage knives, there's a few other Spydies that I want a bit more. Hopefully I'll be able to pick this one up sometime next year.

The sage 2 is one of my favorite Spydercos for EDC. I have two and have been carrying one every day for about 3 months now. That is close to a record for me. Awesome knife!

And once you start to get some love marks on the Ti you will experience a new found freedom and will find that you actually enjoy not worrying about it anymore ;) The knife is a tank as far as medium duty EDC's go.

My Sage II Ti Framelock just got here. This thing is damn near to being the perfect knife!! I shit you not!! Perfect F&F. Smooth doesn't describe the ease of opening. Perfectly centered blade. Razor sharp FFG. Slicky smooth disengagement of lock. Rock solid. The size is perfect for me and pocket carry.

I've been EDC a Para clipped in my back pocket and G2's CF ZDP Stretch bobbing about in my front pocket. So back to the community EDC box for the Stretch.

This Spyderco thing I've developed is something else:D:D:D

which is thinner, your para, or the sage?

I'm trying hard not to order one right now.... getting that new spydie itch

wish the sage had tip down option

The Sage is close to an 1/16th thinner.

Don't let the lack of a tip down slow you down on this knife...get it and do like me. Sage in the front pocket and Para clipped in the back. A perfect world! :D:cool:

I can also tell you that because of the way the cutout in the solid side was designed, this is a very lefty-friendly framelock.

Nice pics -thanks. I have to seriously think about getting one of these once the $ is available.

Just got mine in the mail today. Word's can not describe it. To everyone who's been thinking about getting one but has been putting it off, all I can say is get it now!

I've taken some pictures and will post in another thread later, but wanted to quickly say how much I like the Sage 2 and I want to thank Zippo for his help in getting a great deal on it.

Thanks
Chris

how long will these be offered?

That's a good question. Don't know but Spyderco does cancel a lot of models. Its almost as if its a company of Sprint Runs.

I'd say figure out how to get it. It is an amazing knife. If fact
this tread convinced me to go ahead and do it. I'd been kind of reluctant because of country of manufacture. I'm glad I got it. And if you do, you'll love it too.

I don't think I've heard anything but gushing praise for this knife. (I'm starting to sound like VP of marketing for Spyderco :D)

The Sage 2 is a pretty awesome knife. I just bought the Sage, but was able to handle the Sage 2 at the SFO. It is a beautiful and well made knife. I'm going to EDC the first for a while first, but I already know that I won't be able to resist the temptation. I don't really like the frame lock system, but I think the Sage 2 will be my first. No, I'm pretty sure of that.

Enjoy your knife.
