Just received my PM2 and Battista! Both excellent knives. The Spyderco is surgically sharp! The Hogue is sharp but not as sharp. My Boker Kalishnikov doesn't compare to these two. Now, I can see how dull the blade is. This will be my beat up knife.
The action on the Hogue is powerful without jumping out of my hand. Beautiful finish that feels more tactical than it looks. The pocket clip is a little short, but this helps with getting a solid hold.
The Spiderco has the nicer looking blade besides being sharper than Hogue. I already pricked myself playing with it. Open action is smooth. Closing not so much yet. It will ne some break-in and maybe oil.
I'm definitely happy with these two choices and tge huge step up from my Boker. I can't figure out how to post pics without a url. Thanks everyone for tge advice on my purchase!
