Received replacement handles

Where does everyone buy their hawk handles? I need some for CS Frontier hawk. I’ve been searching the internet and finding prices from $12 to $28. Are there non CS handles that will fit. I prefer the 22” handles but honestly I have not tried anything shorter.

Many retailers have 'em. Just pick your favorite one. If you destroy them by throwing, why not carve one from the wood pile?

Received replacement handles from cold steel. Unfortunately they are more teardrop shaped, and my eyes are more ovel. So I guess I have a bunch of sanding to do.

If you have a wood rasp or mill file, use that first. Chances are you have to remove a bit of material. Sand last to give it a nice finish.
You know the technique, right? Pound on the handle, file it down where the head makes contact, repeat until you don't see any single points of contact (or until you get tired).

The WOOX Solo tomahawk I designed uses an eye that's a deliberate close match to the CS 'hawks so you can use the premium handle with them if you so choose. It's not a perfect drop-in replacement like I'd intended but it's very close and doable.

Link to non-supporting vendor removed per forum guidelines. I've not done business with them yet, so I can't vouch. They do carry sheaths, so I may order some of those.
