Lot of names I am not familiar with but boy you sure have been having fun. Congratulations on such fine bunch of knives. I'm sure you are enjoying each of them. Thanks for sharing

It's a European high-carbon steel. Don't know what it compares to.

This is what the maker writes about it:
The blade is carbonsteel, the german # is 1.2519. It has 1,15% C, 1,1% Cr, 0,2% V and 1,3% Tungsten. This is a very good steel and it outcuts the 52100 plus it builds very fine carbits.

Great knives. You can't go wrong with damascus and mammoth.

All are nice but my favorite is that Embretsen.
