Here are a couple that are fresh off the bench. The first one is 13 1/2" long, has a 1080 blade with a wrought iron guard and damascus spacer and butt cap. The handle is a nice piece of Sambar Stag. The next one is 12 1/2" long, has a 1080/15n20 damascus blade with copper guard and pin and a spacer of mammoth ivory and thin black G10. The handle is crotch Black Walnut from Amish country here in Ohio. The pin is hollow copper that is filled with crushed Azurite. Thanks for taking the time to look and comments and criticism welcome. Regards -Burton

Lookin' good bro. Had a great time at B.S.ing with you at the Ohio Knife show. Congrats on winning the Best Hand Forged award. Moon

Both knives are pretty but I am really into stag and love the guard and blade.

Very nice, I like both knives. And that is a nice piece of walnut.

PS: I don't see any thing to criticise.

Thanks for the compliments and kind words. I really do appreciate it! Matt I am doing my own pics. I learn a bit each time and try and shoot a bunch and hope that a couple turn out good :)
Moon I also had a great time B.S.ing in Cambridge, can't wait for next year.

Thanks to all for looking at my work. Here are a couple of pictures of the sheath I completed today. -Burton

The sheath for the S guard is very complimentary.

I also enjoyed the BSing at Cambridge and thanks for the help with the eight bags of caramel creams. You are a true friend; I could not have done it without you.

I thought you really deserved the best hand forged award. You have a real talent for producing beautiful blades.

I agree with Fred. Well done on the awards, two years running. You really knocked the sheaths out of the park on these. The knives are great, and they have some great pants to wear also.
