Recent changes to Victorinox SAK's?

Just bought a Super Tinker from Wal-Mart and noticed that the stamping on the base of the large blade is different than blades from all of my previous Vics. Gone is the 'Rostfrei' from the blade and now one side says ' Victorinox Swiss Made Stainless' instead of 'Victorinox Switzerland Stainless Rostfrei'. The opposite side now has the 'bow and arrow with cross' removed as well. When did these changes take place? Is this for all Vic's or just ones from Wally World? I did also notice that the scales don't fit perfectly as they are slightly bigger than the liners and leave a rigde than feels somewhat cheap.
Just hoping my favorite pocket knives weren't going cheap-o on me?!?
Any help appreciated.

Thanks for the reply. I figured that was the case but wanted to be sure that they weren't making some 'cheaper' line for sale at Wally World.
Thanks

Actually I think the older Victorinox knives were a little better from having my old Super Tinker from the 1980's...

*Has the filled nylon scales not the hollow ones used today

*Doesn't have the hook at the back like the newer model but I wouldn't need it today

*Liked the tang markings on the older Victorinox's...just more detail
