So hey everyone, I was at a swap meet today by my grandmothers house. I picked up a kitchen knife for .25 cents after not looking it over. It was an 8" kitchen knife I was planning on using as a car knife/fishing knife. So after I got home and looked it over I noticed a few things about it. On the handle is inscribed case XX . Faint on the blade is the inscription The Early americans, with case cutlery and sons underneath. Its the model 534 carver 8" model and is stamped stainless. Can anyone shed any light on this for me? I was un aware case cutlery made kitchen knives. Thank you!
