Recent Folder Damascus Blue Mammoth

That's slick Don!

there's a ton of stuff to like about this knife, but the one thing that stands out most to me is the continuity of line that is held from the edge through the ricasso, past the bolsters and into the handle. And, how it all lines up when closed as well.

Definitely my favourite Hanson folder to date!

I'm not usually a fan of this style of folder, but this is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! Very VERY nice knife.

Never seen a Hanson I didn't think was beautiful, and this is no exception. Love that blue mammoth.

Cool that you noticed that Lorien. Thanks!

I seem to notice lines and curves before anything else, even beautiful mammoth ivory :)

Trust me, there are at least three out there that I know of that you would not think are beautiful..

That folder is gorgeous, and I hope you still have some of that blue stuff left.

Were the screws requested like that?

Jon, we don't speak of the ugly ones! ;)

I just did the screws like that, too much controversy with slotted screws... Was goin to offer this one on my site, but it sold before I could post it.

Thanks guys!

Such an awesome folder! That ivory is insane. That lighter blue color is so unusual. Love it!

Don knows the flow, and he can pack the steel. Not many get as much blade between the slabs as he does. Saw this one, loved it, wish it had been me that hopped all over it.

Great work, Don! I have my micarta/W2 Hanson folder out of my pocket right now, trying to figure out why I can't feel the tip of that blade closed when I run my finger over it. It has to be sticking out! :D
