Recent (July 2021) Price Increases?

This morning I realized that I hadn't bought a new Buck 110 in almost two weeks, so I was perusing the giant South American river site when I noticed prices seems a little higher than a few weeks ago. I checked on one of the big retailers sites and it looked like they had a bump too.

Is it just my bad memory, or did Buck prices recently increase?
 
yep all makers have raised their prices. least ones I've been following....i expect all have though.
 
Prices are skyrocketing on about everything, many of us are on fixed incomes however, so as we get more selective on where we spend our money things like yet another knife get tabled. With a minimum of another year and a half of this reckless government BS I imagine I'll not live long enough to see a recovery.
 
The real shame is offical cost of living increases are 'Artificially' limited. Figures lie and Liars figure..If our government told use the real truth "Officially" on the rate of actual inflation and folks demanded there Social Security and pension benefits increased as required by law it probably would knock down the house of cards so carefully made. If I wrote hot checks, even a hundred dollars, a warrant for my arrest would follow. I'm terrified China will stop buy our hot checks. True meltdown in our country would follow.

Too heavy for me. I’ll keep my nose down, work hard. 10 more years
 
Think there is a SS adjustment for inflation coming in January. I didn’t even know they did that until i saw a news report about it. Then i called the SS office and they confirmed it.
 
Nobody complained when Walmart had 110s for 28, the like 34 then 44 or so. Still about 50% of what it should sell for
 
Huh, just checked and the 110 is still 44.99. Did it go up?

If you click on the $34.47 version try to add to you cart, it's out of stock. If you add your email to be notified when it's in stock again, you'll get an email right away, even though it's out of stock. I've been trying to score one for $34.47 for a while with no luck.

However, the listing at $44.99 is still good (and enough to qualify for no shipping charge) and well below what other vendors are charging now. Looks like a great reason to add a(nother) Buck 110 to the collection.

EDIT TO ADD: looks like I was wrong. It's letting me add to my cart for $34.47. I'm going to try it!

My order was expected today, but I got email from walmart.com with this message:

We're very sorry, but due to high demand, one or more of your items is delayed. We're working hard to fulfill them as fast as we can.

We'll let you know when your items ship or if we have to cancel.

I'm guessing they did not intend to sell at $34.47 and the order will be canceled after a delay.

At that price maybe it worth waiting out. Lol

At Walmart in my area(as of last week) they are still $34.47. I'm running errands today and will check it out.
