Nice job Andrew. Sheaths actually can be kinda fun to do if you give them a chance. I still put them off as long as possible, though.

They look good Andrew. The one I got from ya is simple but very nice. Maybe you can make my sheaths for me, cause it is a pain in the @$$. Lol

Hi Andrew
Keep up the leatherwork ( looks nice!). I once made three large Bowie style knives in 2005 ,but i could not believe that the first of the three only sold for $50.00 on ebay. I decided to completely remake the sheaths for the remaining two,( putting alot more time into them). The second knife with the new sheath sold for $250.00
I first took it as an insult to knifemaking ability , but after thinking it threw i realized some of my customers were buying for strong leather designs, others for steel and some for handle materals.
after blabbering ...my point is the leather is part of the knife .
I think the textures you have added to your sheaths look nice and add value to the knives in them!

PS. Thanks for the tip about Buckeye Engraving I had Steve Broadbent create a steel namestamp for me (works great)
Thanks Roger Shrum

thanks alot roger, and good on ya for finally grabing a stamp, steve is a great guy to deal with.
