I figured, but many of the photos in this thread were clearly taken before any final bevel.

Yes you are right. That is because i take pics before i made the sheaths mostly. Maybe i should mention that they will be sharpened of course!

EDIT: And on some the edge is so small you almost can't see it, this is because some are ground very thin to 0.003-0.004".

@Bob, thanks for the pics! Glad you seem to like it, do you use it? If so, would love to hear some feedback on how it performs for you!

Here is another one i think is worth showing. "Big Ass Knife" as it gets called by someone.

OAL 11.2" and 6.3" blade. Weight 4.26 oz. Micarta Handle with G10 Liner.
It was sharpened including the clip after the sheath was done. :D

Ray, I'm a rather typical user when it comes to knives. Most of my knives are art pieces and are therefore unused, so the ones I use, well, I just use them, simple as that. And I never try to find a knife's limits by testing. With that said, it performs like a knife with decent edge should, but without the weight, which I really, really like.

Here's a pic of mine, showing edge, but was impossible to get a decent image of the edge itself until this morning's light:

BladeMan BladeMan it IS a bigass knife. o_O Love the subtle details facets on your blades.

betzner betzner yep that's what I tall 'em when they ask. It functions as a good, reliable blade and does knife things like it's supposed to do. No hype. When it comes to testing to find the limits, well...a lot of that has already been done. :D
