So I've made some recent purchases that I wanted to share... not any ESEEs, hopefully an RC-4 is coming for my 40th birthday in a couple weeks... So here we go... An XD-sub compact in 40 caliber a Rock River Arms AR-15 with various Yankee Hill Machine accoutrements. The kids and I also strated to create some inexpensive reactive targets our of recycled railroad steel... Oh and we have new calves too, but to eat, not to shoot.

Hey a word of caution: be careful shooting those steel plates too close. Could be a nasty riccoche in the works. Steel gongs are shot from a distance. Plate shoots are done with aluminum from what I've shot. Just a word of caution.

thanks for the caution fellas, they'll be hanging from a bar and we'll be a good distance to avoid splatter.

Sweet lookin AR! I dont care what anyone says, I've shot some RRAs in the past and think they are really well made ARs

great job, I got the 9mm sub compact that I love, can't go wrong with springfield xd!!!!!!

Very nice. I enjoy some knives and bushcrafting, but guns are my primary hobby. Congrats and welcome to the black rifle club.

thanks y'all... i don't know what some people have against RRA, but this one does indeed seem to be built well. it's really tight. i haven't shot it yet though, we're gonna tear it down tuesday night and make sure everything is where it needs to be, then break it in.

I've had a RRA for a few years now. Not as many rounds through it as I would like but they are built very nicely.

Your are RIGHT, I misread it.

Let me correct myself in saying I agree with shotgunner11.

The cows look smart, they do look like they know they might be next, LOL.
