Hi all, I've been wanting to make some of the more standard working knives and finally got around to it. Here's the results of the last week. All blades are 1080 steel.

Cocobolo and an antiqued blade.

Serge,
I really love that antiqued look on the first two blades. Could you share how you get that look? I'd love to try it sometime.
Beautiful knives!

Top stuff as usual Serge.:)

I'm not really into folders, but that slipjoint really is lovely.

Nice to see some of your working knives.

Oh, and great photos.

I always look forward to your threads Serge. Good to see you venturing into folders :)

Thanks guys. Mike, spray the blade with Super Blue and dip the blade into bleach for 2-5 minutes, the rub all the rust off with 600 sandpaper, etch the blade in ferric and buff.
