Hello,
at the suggestions of a few other makers, i figured i post some recent work of mine here, as i dont do much in the ways getting my work around for others to see, except for a few places, and i know that alot of members dont goto some of the forums i post in,

Feel free to leave some feedback on the knives iv'e been building. Most are smaller drop points averaging around 8'', any constructive advice is welcomed.

If you've seen the pics, sorry and if not i hope you enjoy them.

Andrew,
Great knives!!! Glad to see you gather examples of all your works together in one place :p

The jigged bone thingy is my favorite knife of yours so far.

What a variety. You do very nice work.

Kieth,

thanks alot,

ive had alot of time on my hands since i got laid off in november, so my knife making has pretty much gone full time, and will continue to be a full time trade for me even after i get called back to work, im way to addicted now to turn back.........andrew

thanks again

VERY nice selection of knives. There is a lot of variety shown there!

Thanks for posting them,
Peter

thank you very much,

didnt expect a totally positive response, is there anything i can do to better these past works, that i can incorporate into future knives.

very well,

but taking pics with the knife and sheath is something that i kind of got away from
, but next time i make up a bunch of sheaths, ill snap a shot of them all together.

I like the variety in your handles, Andrew. I especially like the first and the jigged bone handle knives.

Don't sell yourself short! Your knives are looking good, plus you're forging your own steel:thumbup:. Practice makes perfect, right? Keep em coming bro!

Andrew , your work is beautiful and the craftmanship is obvious . Since you asked . I think on some the finger groove is too exaggerated . Maybe its my tiny fingers .:D

Yeah , i agree, but on a guardless knife, it really secures that knife in your hand giving you a really no-slip grip!! And never giving you the chance to run your hand across a razor sharp blade.

i see some knives that there is so little countour and no guard, i sometimes almost worry that if any force was put behind a knife......well i could be harmful to the user.

Im sure the exageration is not your tiny fingers but my fat, stubby sausage fingers :D

thanks for the encouraging words my friend,
andrew

Andrew, thanks for giving us a look.
As others, I'm really impressed with the diversity in both design and materials shown in your examples. My favorite is the "S" guard Fighter.

I was wondering how long you have been making knives?

Don't be a stranger, we have a good time here and learn from one another.
