Recommendation? Recenter blade

Any suggestions on how to center the blade on this Elishewitz Mini Stryker 905. It's been an EDC for 25 years and I would just like to tune it up. I tried adjusting the pivot to no avail. I'd post a photo but I don't see a way to attach it on this forum unless I totally overlooked it. Only thing I found was to post a link.

Headed out to try this. I tried to hold it freehand but the paper is the go to it looks like.
